These Terms do not claim ownership of third-party games, platform brands or developer intellectual property. Game titles, developer names, platform names, logos and related marks may belong to their respective owners. References to them on Level Vanta are made for identification, reporting and editorial discussion and do not transfer any third-party rights to us or to visitors.

3.2 Personal sharing and reference

You may link to Level Vanta pages and share short, attributed excerpts for personal, non-commercial discussion where doing so does not misrepresent the original content or infringe rights. Clear attribution to Level Vanta and a link to the original page should be included where reasonably possible. Sharing under this practical allowance does not transfer ownership or create a broad right to copy our material.
